The Promoter
Manage a catastrophically unstable band on a world tour. Don't lose the drummer in rural Poland.
A tour-management RPG. Tight money, wandering disasters, headlines you didn't authorise.

Game Systems
Seven subsystems. One catastrophically unstable band. Screenshots from the live prototype.

Boot
Name the band. Start the tour.
You are the promoter. The dashboard is already live behind the briefing — treasury, roster, and tonight's city waiting. Shuffle a name. Then commit.
- —Random name generator, or live with what the shuffle dealt you
- —Full command surface visible before you even click start
- —Score and treasury are already keeping score
- —No tutorial. The van is already in Barcelona.

The Board
One screen. Thirty cities. Four liabilities.
Reputation, infamy, stress, friction. Band condition on the left. The road in the middle. Barcelona on the right, rated for risk, police, corruption, fanbase, and venue.
- —30-stop world tour from a single command surface
- —City dossiers with tags — nightlife, heat, media, devoted, afterparty
- —Band momentum that starts bad and has to be earned
- —See what's wrong here is not optional reading

Encounters
The road does not wait for a good answer.
Wildlife negotiations. Panic-brake like your career depends on it, or pay professionals to fix today. Every stop has a choice. Both of them cost something.
- —Tour-blocking decisions — the van stays put until you pick
- —Two buttons. No third option. Silence is not on the list
- —Outcomes hit treasury, stress, friction, and the tabloids
- —Flavour is regional. The invoices are not.

The Feed
Filthy Dispatch is already writing about you.
Ticketing crashes, reunion rumours, Day 1 Barcelona. The circuit talks whether you authorised the quote or not.
- —Live circuit items as you move
- —@FEST_WIRE and @CIRCUIT_NOISE do not ask permission
- —Headlines stack — some of them are even true
- —Open the feed when the badge turns red

The Tour
The itinerary is a threat, not a postcard.
Barcelona, Helsinki, Bangkok, Buenos Aires, London, Sydney, Siberia, Bucharest, Rome. Twenty-nine still to go. Done: zero.
- —Thirty-city program with current stop highlighted
- —Days, done, and left — all visible, none comforting
- —Jump the list. The van still has to survive the drive
- —Later cities do not get easier. They get further.

The Band
Four of four tour-ready. For now.
Frontman, guitarist, bassist, drummer. Each with an OK badge that is a suggestion, not a guarantee. Touring Machine is a condition, not a compliment.
- —Roster with role, status, and appetite for disaster
- —Band condition meter — touring machine until it isn't
- —Vice and mortality live on these cards
- —Lose one and the market becomes a personnel office

Market
The market is where dignity goes to get a quote.
Venue buys, trades, replacement slots. Exposure is still not a payment method. Someone will try anyway.
- —Market tab for gear, people, and bad ideas
- —Treasury is the only language it speaks
- —Hire replacements when the roster develops holes
- —Coming-soon stalls still count as a warning
